 Was she using meth or using the meth symptoms when she was diagnosed as bipolar. Many meth symptoms and bipolar symptoms are the same.

Get those kids away from her before she ruins their lives. She will have to hit rock bottom before she quits for good, and that won't happen if you are helping her. Depending on how she is taking the meth, the children might be at risk for getting it in their systems. Save the children! They are innocent of all this
