I think it may be him as well. However, Banking Institutes policies: They do an investigation and prosecute, however they are not allowed to tell me the findings of the investigation or the results of any prosecution. The only way I would ever be able to know what they found and who did this is if I subpeana to have the records released to me (which I do not have time to go through all of that). So, I will probably never know who did this or what happened to them.
When I first discovered the $ gone, he was the first thought that came into my head -and I am pretty good at my gut instincts being right on. (I had actually thought a few weeks earlier that I should change my user name and password on my online banking having a feeling he had been on there)!! Besides the whole child support court case -he also has a history of demonizing me when he is using. I'm not sure why I am his target of anger, but I am.

Anyway -It has been crazy trying to clean this whole banking mess up -so I wanted to use my experience to warn others to keep this from happening to them.
