Hi Susan

It is almost impossible but I am learning one thing. You can't help them whether they are clean or not because they have to learn to do it on their own otherwise they will fall back into the same old habits sooner or later. With my daughter I have tried helping her when I thought she was clean but in the end she just ended up using me and draining me. Don't enable....I know it is easier said then done....but for your kids sake and for yours be strong.
