This is a default case and all cases in California are posted for the world to see so he found it and yes he will be there but it is beteween the judge and myself.
And yes I feel it will be a hard day but I am leaving it in God's hands, going there with the facts and letting the judge make his or her decision based on the facts. Then I will walk away and let it happen whatever it may be. If he truly is recovering - he will probably be a good dad, if he is not, he will not show up for what he is ordered and he will fade in to the past. Whatever happens, I know now that it is God's will because I gave it to him.
