Heather , on one of your posts a ways back you said
"Hula - Spencer will not be allowed at the court case. He is not invited. ..." By this, I presumed your hearing was an ex parte hearing? I must've read (into) it wrong?

When I went to my attorney and laid out my story, she said "we are going to request an ex parte hearing due to these circumstances". So that she did and that is what I got, which was a court date w/me, my atty and the judge. At that date, temporary orders were set, he was served divorce papers and kick out orders and supervised visit orders as a result of that court hearing, which he was uninvited to and unaware of.
