 I have a family member who has been an addict for several years but who has recently (since X-Mas) gotten into some really heavy stuff, from meth to crack and everything in-between. His lies have gotten really bad and I am to the point that it is taking it's toll on my husband and I, I am a nerveous wreck every day that goes by and I don't hear from him, the last time we spoke he was very depressed, maybe even suicidal. My heart aches...the wondering and the imagining....I am going to my first al-anon meeting tonight and I am really nervous. Has anyone out there gone and does it really help? Thanks...
