worriedmom, I know how you feel about getting your faith back. There were times when I was dealing with my ex that were so difficult for me where I was not sure where God was. In my anxiety and needing to control things, I wasn't hearing Him. He speaks to us in the quiet moments but we have to actually make this time and set it aside. He got your attention, obviously because in your post, I hear you calling to Him. He is there, my sister, please let Him into your heart again. He may not change anything or anyone in "our time" but He is there. Sometimes, we don't see what He is doing and we may never know what He is doing but I guarantee you that as long as you have asked Him, He is working for our good. When He comes to take us home with Him, He will explain everything to us and then will we see His reasons. There are times in my life when I do actually see why He did what He did in my life and it just "fits" for me. Feel His peace and claim it. That was all I had many times going through this insanity yet I can honestly say that these were the times when I felt Him so very close to me and I think it's because I wanted it so badly. I know that the hurt is unbearable and the spinning out is consistent but it's also because it's what we are meditating on at the time. The enemy wants that big time! Meditate on Jesus' words and His love. I have just lifted you up in prayer.
