"Spencer will not be allowed at the court case. He is not invited"

HEather, this is how mine was, and this is great for you. You can let the judge hear/read what you have to say. I don't know if my judge was 'lenient' , but AH still got to visit, irregardless of clean or dirty test. I believe that if he kept/keeps having dirty test, then that would probably change. BUt the visits were supervised only, so I had/have that protection.

It is important that the judge sees you are not trying to take away Spencer from his son, but trying to set up guidelines to enforce the safety of (you) and your son. Do you know what I mean?

I wish you all the best. You are doing what is right , you are doing what is most definitely in the best interest of your little guy, and I know you know that, too.
