How do you know an addict is lying?.............. Their lips are moving.

Everyone is different and some can quit on their own but it is highly unlikely. My gut tells me he is still using. When people are ready to quit they hate what the drug has taking from them. The fact that he is saying meth is just like Ritalin, means he is defending his precious meth and tells me he is still using or willing to use. Testing him may be a dead end street because the fact he can manipulate you by saying the test is dirty due to the Ritalin he will say he is taking now. Ritalin is a speed like meth, but he is self medication and after the age of 18 most ADHD doctors now suggest a non stimulant drug like Straterra. Please read the “Helpful Tips” post lots of good info including symptoms of use and withdraws. Good Luck.
