How hard is ti to quit....I tried several times to quit. It is not easy. Some people can walk away and not do it again, but for most of us addicts. It takes several attempts and still a majority of addicts don't recover. I truly believe the only help that I had that was truly benefical to me was support fromm my peers (other addicts who are truly in recovery) and God. Rock bottom is different for all of us. For me it was a suicide attempt. That thank God failed. One cannot understand Meth addiction unless they have personally experienced it. Sure alot of us here are afflicted by a loved ones addiction, but it is different being the one who has the problem. I have done several drugs, and never had I had a problem like I did with Meth. It consumes your entire being, every ounce of who you are and who you used to be. And literally, life doesn't move without the drug. The addicts whole existance revolves around and for the high. It is insanity in the truest form. Some can stop, but most won't until THEY make a change. Being inches from death is the only thing that got my attention.

Hope that helps. And thanks for caring about this, people like me have little resources to turn to. God Bless YOU!!!
