Thanks for the info - I'm in California also. I have a record of his rehab and a record of his arrest in which he was charged with a felony for gun possesion. That was just last year and his last attempt at rehab was in December 2005. Just a few months ago. I will take those to court. So question for you - did you just give the info to the judge when you get there or does he ask for it and then review it. And did your husband show up to court? I think as soon as mine gets served with the papers - he's going to go nuts and start calling me. Right now he thinks he's the shit and that he has done nothing wrong. I know that they need support when they are trying to get clean, but they are barking up the wrong trees huh? I have supported him way too long and too many times. I am so drained of any energy that I had for him. It's all gone and now I am just wanting to get this over with.
When he got supervised visits, who was the supervision? And did he go to the visits and how many times a week?
