Thanks Susan. One day at a time is all I can manage right now. I've made a promise to myself that this is it and I am following through. I have not spoke to him in a few days and I plan to not speak to him at all until court. I sent the remainder of the attorney fee today so the paperwork can be printed and I have to file it. In CA you can have someone mail it to them for the 'SERVED' part of it. So that's great. Makes is easier. I am getting a letter from the rehab stating he was enrolled there for a 6 month program and didn't complete it. And I have paperwork on his felony gun charge and I am going to call the Men's home and see if they will give me a letter saying he stayed there as well.

So it is all going to work out for my son's benefit. I want drug testing - follicle hair testing, supervised visits, and not me supervising cause I am done dealing with him. And I want him to take a parenting class if they indeed let him be around him since he has been on meth my son's entire life.
SO what do you think about that??
