No I just come here and I read alot also. I have read lots of stories on other boards, asked questions and also read alot of stuff about co-dependency and I am happy to say that I learned myself out of that one cause I was 100% co-dependent and now I am not. YAY! It's a learning process.
And I also love to read positive stuff. Any positive daily quotes or this book called "What Happy People Know" and my ex husband gave me a book called " The Courage to Trust".

I also try to look at things and pull the positive out instead of the negative. It doesn't work with my addict because obviously what he is doing is negative, but this is for me. Even a song, a movie - I try to take a lesson from them. May sound strange but if you can take a little something from everything you will feel yourself grow.
