Rhonda, You are right about this website, I always wanted some kind of support group for families of addicts but I have trouble going to al-anon or the like. All I do is sit there and cry and I hate that. It really helps to read all of these letters and to find others that feel the same way I do. In my heart I know it isn't my fault that she can't stay clean but I want my daughter back so badly. I want her to be a mother to her daughter and have the wonderful life I always dreamed of for her. I know I have enabled her over the years, bailing her out, giving her a home etc. But No more. She has to do this herself and I guess she is just not ready. I just pray that when she hits her "bottom" that it's not to late to come back up. I'm adding you and your son to my prays too. I hope he comes back to you soon.
