You are not alone. Let me tell my story. My husband drives a truck for a living. He used it to stay awake. I fussed at him so bad about it I hated it.(the drugs) He left a friend of his one night unable to score and fell asleep.
He was in a wreck and thank God no one got hurt. But I shut up. I let him do it. It got worse, 6 months later he left me for another woman, also a user. (I am not a user.)
I had to go back to work, he makes real good money but does'nt help me at all. I want a divorce but I am so afraid of him. I am trying to save enough money to leave town. I just want a fresh start. If u need to bend an ear, I have 2.
