"Discussion of controversial issues is welcomed; while posting facts is perfectly acceptable, posting inflammatory or insulting opinions may be considered abuse by the forum moderator..." -- Hero of Time, 16:47:37 02/02/04 Mon (68-119-244-175-rcp2.ubr1.wrbg.mo.charter.com/68.119.244.175)
I'm following your own rules here. Aren't I a nice guy?
However, I'm wanting CREDIBLE proof, not hyped-Moore-Hatred or DU rants. I'm talking FoxNews or something that I personally trust. There's a lot of bullshit out there. Even Senator Kerry calls the "Bush knew about 9/11" concept complete bullshit, and he's running for presidency.
You guys get on me about being blind.....well, here's my attempt to turn over a new leaf, or so. I just don't ever buy hatred...it's got to be credible.

My point is that the conversation is again turning to subjects in which, if I were to participate, I'd likely end up yielding opinions that have nothing to do with you, yet you'll take it personally. -- Lethal Larry, 18:24:00 02/02/04 Mon (px2wh.vc.shawcable.net/24.69.255.203)

Oh, they'd have everything to do with me, and we both know it. That'd usually be ok, but we tend to drag everyone else into it as well. -- Hero of Time, 05:07:27 02/03/04 Tue (68-119-244-175-rcp2.ubr1.wrbg.mo.charter.com/68.119.244.175)
Besides which, yielding opinions, as you say, violate your own rules: 'posting inflammatory or insulting opinions may be considered abuse'.
Furthermore, I already stated more than once that opinion will never change my view, only true, credible, God's truth facts, and therefore, I just won't care to take anyone's opinion on the matter to heart.
So yeah.

Nope. I don't think there will be much trouble.... -- Robert, 07:38:09 02/05/04 Thu (host093025.phil.uni-erlangen.de/131.188.93.25)
except maybe a little bit in between just for for fun. *L*

and additionally Shaun addressed himself as 'moderate' in an above post just noticed it - I never had problems with moderates.... :) -- Robert, 09:02:24 02/05/04 Thu (host093025.phil.uni-erlangen.de/131.188.93.25)
though the moderates I had to deal with until now were slightly different. *L*

I did NOT address myself as a moderate. I said "I think what'd really turn a lot of moderates' heads, as well as my own". "As well as" meant "in addition too". -- Heroic Conservative, 17:33:34 02/05/04 Thu (68-119-244-175-rcp2.ubr1.wrbg.mo.charter.com/68.119.244.175)
Though I can see how you'd see myself saying I'm a moderate...my bad.
But no, I'm a conservative. I'm not Republican, as I don't pay dues to the party (fuck that), but my personal values and beliefs and whatnot end up matching nicely with the conservative thinking.

Are you registered as a Republican, an Independent, or something else I didn't think of? -- Joe Taylor, 22:54:08 02/05/04 Thu (wc03.wlfdle.rnc.net.cable.rogers.com/66.185.84.70)
I'm registered as an Independent because I loathe the Democratic party, but I'd register as a Democrat if I had to do so in order to vote in the Dem primary. And now it seems that I won't even vote in that primary...

.....I just said I'm not registered to ANYTHING. I'm not registered to vote yet, if that's what you're meaning. -- Hero of Time, 04:30:56 02/06/04 Fri (68-119-244-175-rcp2.ubr1.wrbg.mo.charter.com/68.119.244.175)
