In reply to: Ronald Kerry Nichols 's message, "any word from VA" on 04:13:36 11/01/04 Mon

This is in response to Ron Nichols mention of skin cancer.
The vA has conceded that Agent Orange exposure is Presumptive cause of many cancers. This means that obtaining a disability compensation is much easier because the presumption of disability has already been established, All you need to do is establish that you had "feet on the ground" in RVN during the years of the conflict. File a VA form 21-526 . Your county Veterans Service Officer can help you.

Kind Regards

Andy Anderson
Garland County Veterans Service Officer

P.S.
To Ron Nichols,
I was stationed with the 212th in Tay Nihn at the same time you were in Long Than.

Rgds
