I have been suffering the effects of neuropothy in both arms and legs, starting in 1999. I filed a claim in January 2005 for this and ringing in my left ear claiming herbicide/pesticide exposure. Had a C&P exam in May and received rejection of my claim in July. The Doctor how did my C&P exam requested I see a neurologist and I finally saw one in Minneapolis VA in September. I am scheduled for a EMG in October and will be contacting the Neuroligist about a week later. I mentioned my rejected claim and he implied that we might be able to readdress the claim later on, depending on further exams. He also stated that my neuropathy problems are unusal and could be related to chemical exposure. My earlier test also showed high frequency hearing loss.
