I'm a 57 year old Veteran.

I worked as an MP at Utapo from 1971-1972 and a few months after I was discharged I developed bowel incontinence that I have had every day since then. Doctors can not explain why I have incontinence and it restricts my mobility and is the cause for me being evicted from the YMCA I was living at for many years because of my incontinence.

Stationed at Utapo 70 to 71. Walking to the barracks from the club. Walked right through a cloud of spray from the truck going around the base spraying for bugs.

Now have type II diabetis.

How would you start to prove that it was (2,4-D; 2,4,5-T and its contaminant TCDD; cacodylic acid; or picloram)

Any ideas out there? My guess it would be hard to find any info on what exactly was being sprayed.

What you walked through was Malathion. Not a herbicide, an insecticide. It is toxic in large doses. Do a search on it.

you need to get as many notorized letters that were stationed there-1969 to 1975 stating thyat exposure was all over the place.the va is only lookin for officially documented exposure and we all know that the military didn't document your exposure when you went to the movie or eating at the beach restaurant,but you were still exposed.
