I am searching for any information re: exposure to agt orange or any other herbicides at RAFB Takhli, Thailand, 1969-71, including any info wherein Vet. Admin has made awards, what evidence was used. Also, I read somewhere that someone on this site had put together a disk which had copies of over 800 pages evidence which could be used. Any help would be appreciated.

I am also seeking information on use of agent orange at Takhli RTAFB. I and my hootch mate (1972-73) have both been diagnosed with prostate cancer and he has a twofur with a hodgkins disease also associated with AO. Have you received any positive reply to your request and would you please reply with any information you may have received already.

I am in the process of filing a claim and seems it will be difficult unless we can find a true trend of those of us that roamed the Takhli grounds.

Hope you have had success and are doing OK. Would be willing to share whatever info I accumulate.

Any reply on the report that you made reference to ?

Wayne D.

I was stationed at tahkli sep 68-sep-69 in the 355th sps and I suffer from prostate problems and I am having a biopsy 29 apr 2013.the va is in denial of herbicides in Thailand, they don't want to pay benefits to Thailand vets.I worked in the ammo dump, flight line, perimeter, main gate, radar site on the mountain and now I suffer from prostate problems(enlarged prostate)erectile dysfunction, but the va is trying delay, deny until they die.to get disability you have to have prostate cancer.i spent 4 yrs in the air force and 16 yrs in the army went to the desrt and was exposed to more chemicals so I have a double whammy with my issues
so good luck to you and keep fighting even if you have to get a va lawyer.

If you obtain the checo report for thailand and include a copy of a performance evaluation from your service record and files it will prove you were exposed.>I was stationed at tahkli sep 68-sep-69 in the 355th

Send in a copy of a performance evaluation done while you were stationed there and they will recognize your exposure, you should have a copy of the eval available in your records.
The eval proves you worked the base and perimeter.
