Drama - Comedy - Light hearted comedy - SitCom - Romance -Adventure - Mystery - Action - Real Life Characterization... And how would you like to see that play out? With DHK as the: Cowboy, Detective, Family-man, Single dad, Doctor, Politician, Police Detective, Military man, Mysterious Loner, College Professor, Ski Instructor, Tennis Bum, Old Hippie, Embittered Veteran, Wise Mystic, Preacher, Writer... Will he be the good guy or the bad guy? We have seen him in so many different types of roles, what is your choice for him? Feel free to add ideas... The show would also have to show the ups and downs of a Preacher's life. The hard work and long hours that he must put into his days and nights. (Because of the romantic in me) he would also have to have a loving wife and show the difficulties that the family has in dealing with a husband and father that is out and about always dealing with others' problems as well as on the home front. Because of Mr. Kelly's integrity and character, I believe that he would play this role very well. He also strikes me as a 'romantic' man; someone that enjoys life and love to the fullest. No matter what we want, we have to go with what sells if we want to see our Guy up there on the screen. Keeping that in mind and adopting your Detective idea, I think I would like to see him in something where he can, on occassion, be very brooding and intense. Now I have seen him serious, contemplative and mournful; but never intense. I really do believe he would be incredible if given a script that calls for such a characterization. Apparently, I have a Fairy Godmother who is a Danny fan because bibbity-bobbity-boo the tapes came in the mail! (Actually, I know who my benefactor is, I just don't want to embarass her.) Anyway, I watched Labor of Love and then I watched it again and then I fast-forwarded through it pausing at the Danny parts - all his parts. Ummmm Ummmm. That man is something! Any BABE owes it to her well-being to see this movie. It is perhaps the best Danny viewing I have ever seen for his sheer beauty. Don't be put off by the dark hair and brown contacts. They'll grow on you. And the Irish accent is perfectly done and beautiful to hear. Especially when he's only wearing a towel. I really loved his accent in that scene. :O Citizen Cohn has a fine acting turn by him as a Congressman - an Irish Congressman from New Jersey - LOL. Wonder how he got into character? LOL Absolutely top-notch scenes for him. Steals the scenes from James Woods which is hard to do. So I think his next gig should be as an Irish charmer.
