hi, has any one died in the house before you moved in. it sounds like someone in the spirit would may think they still live there. if you dont want the spirit in the house then get in touch with your local prist who may be able to bless the house. this should make the spirit leave, or if you want to have some fun then wait till it is dark and call out asking if there is anything there ask for noise or sounds.
