Subject: Danes Dyke bridlington

any infomation welcome..

i am part of a car club in my area of bridlington, we offten to go to a place called dane dyke! we have a picture of one of our lads holding a statue of a women and around the two is i belive to be a ghost,please e-mail me if you wish to see this picture (houlihan87@hotmail.com) after the picture was taken the lad the same nightmare about that place 3 nights in a row, he said he was in a mansion and heard a sceaming which ended up him running out, he would the awake. i know that there once was a mansion up there in the 1500s which burnt down, i am not sure if the two are linked. the statue faces out to sea (it is on a cliff top) my belive is the ghost is of a women widowed by the sea and she has used this staute to keep looking for her husband, and was not to happy with my friend! we have been back to the staute a few times now over the last year and we all get really scared,we have all sensed some thing watching us and erging us to leave, just last night i felt like i was being pushed all the way back to my car,(about 1/4mile-1/2mile away) one of our lasses said the women was escorting me out to keep me safe from some thing, so if any body has any ideas/infomation about danes dyke and its potienal sprits i would be very greatfull for them please e-mail houlihan87@hotmail.com thank you very much for reading i look forward to hearing from people. lea brid-cruise staff
