hi , your case intrests me i did a bit of research of your area and found out some interesting facts were your street stands i found the facts from london libary, under uk secret history , a lot of children lost there lifes when the gas works were operational due to gas leeks been so young there little lungs could not handle it so your child ghost may come from that also as for stuff going missing i am lead to belive that the area your in was once an area were vegrents and ladies of the night and basicly the scum of the time frequented so i feel this may be reason why stuff goes missing if you get my drift, like i say i can communicate wiv ghosts if you would ever like me to come alon some time then just ask i only live in banbury
