Interesting about the dark figure - I'm sure I saw a dark figure at the bottom of my bed when I was about 6 years old, and I lived in a pub in Yorkshire. Also, my Mum said me and my sister used to wake up in the night saying someone was in our room.

When I was about 13, I woke one night and saw a dark figure again at the bottom of my bed (in a different house). Not sure what these dark figures are!

Haven't seen anything similiar for 10yrs, but sometimes I wake up in the night and I swear I see faces in the air - they are always red and not necessarily recognisable as a human face (if that makes sense). has anyone had anything similar or am i just halucinating!
