Subject: strange things in my house and my son is scared

Hi,am hoping you could pls help me. We haved lived in our house for the past yr and things happen that i cant explain. When we first moved in i was putting some stuff away in the kitchen and saw a flash of a boy run past me,he had blonde hair and looked about 4-5,i thought it was my youngest son running outside but when i went to check there was no one there and my son was playing upstairs. the doors open and close for no reason, lightbulbs keep 'popping' in the lamps upstairs and i sometimes get a really strong smell of heavy perfume. My 4 yr old son is terrified of going upstairs on his own and says that a man keeps talking to him,(although that has stopped now) and then i was taking some photographs of our new puppy last wk and there was an orb that moved from the right to the left of the room and also one on the sofa, there is a bookcase behind on which my babies ashes and photo's of my nan and grandad...i dont mind sharing my house but my boys sometimes get scared and i would just like some advice as to how to handle this and how to find out who it is....thankyou
