Yep! I am getting this happen to me - seized up, tranced, cannot move. It can frighten the hell out of you. Your brother is obviously v. sensitive and it is using him as way to try to communicate. Get a medium in to help. The energy is properbly trapped and frustrated and is trying to communicate.
