hi
yes in the past i have seen a spirit or ghost and i was for sometime very interested in this subject but i went on with my life and it all sort of slipped away until a few weeks ago i watcched most haunted on living tv about craig y nos castle i never liked what was shown
i was a patient there in the 1950s i was there for 2 years and 9 months i can vividly remember everything as if it was yesterday i spent so long there we saw things there
i while i was there like a lady walking the stair case lights floating around i am going there to a paranormal event in may and i hope this will be better than most haunted
