Subject: paralised with fear

one night wen i was heavy pregnant a few years ago i was in bed trying to go to sleep but was so restless.As i layed there alone i could just make out shapes of things in my room in the dark.Then it started getting evan darker i then freezing up, paralised .I couldnt see or move i was so scared i could hear my heart beating so fast. Then i could hear all these voices, like there was loads of people in the room.I couldnt make out wot they was saying it was more like mumbling.Then it startded getting louder Im not sure how long it lasted but it felt like ages. I realised the more scared i was the worst it got so i tryed calming my self down and reciting a verse that i know and it slowly went. I never been so scared. It happend again a few years later.
