Subject: Ghost in my house

I am a 12 year old girl and me and my faimly are very negative. I usaly stay up all night and watch TV and eat a little but when ever i go into the kitchen i always see this dark figure on our porch (our poarch is inside or is a TV room). Some times i even see some one walking by. I fell a cold hand grab on to my ancle too! Is my house haunted? Or is it evil sprits we created from our negative energy?
