Your like my daughter who has the same opinion, scared stiff of the paranormal/ghosts and this is your saftey net so you can sleep at night.
I think you will find that paranormal activity/ghosts have indeed been caught on video and camera, you just havent looked into this enough.
Look and you will indeed find.
When my gran died I had experiences that I wont go into with you, but my friend, I can assure you it WASNT all in my mind.
In fact I 'see'/'hear'/smell spirit on a regular basis and
I resent you saying its in my mind, I am not insulting you, so please dont insult me.
For people who believe no proof is required, for people who dis-belive no proof is ever enough.
