We moved into this house 8 years ago,a normal mid terrace built around the 30s but it has been extended since.
before moving here I did not believe in the exsistance of ghosts or whatever they are,but seeing is believing.
The first time I saw something, I was sat in my front room late at night listening to some music,The lights were low but it was not dark,I was just listening and thinking,what about I can't remember,I was looking down at the carpet and had not moved for some time,when from out of the corner of my eye I saw something moving,I did not get a chance to move my head as it came down and round so as it was right in front of me,and what I saw shocked me so much that my pupils streched so wide that they hurt, it was a face, not a head just a transparent face, we looked at each other for what must have been just seconds then it seemed to realise that I could see it and that it had frightend me and with a look that seemed suprised it moved with great speed back the way it had come and dissapeared.Of course nobody believed me,then a year later while I was stood in the kitchen(which is in the new extension) i saw a dark shape like a shadow but with more body if you can picture that move from the doorway of the front hall through the dining room towards me,but just before it reached the kitchen it turned right and out of my sight, now I was not thinking ghosts I thought it was my partner trying to sneek up on me, so I gave it a minute and went to see what she was doing,there was no one in the room, I found her in the living room which she swears she never left,I have seen this shadow figure twice since then and it always follows the same routine,and now just 3 weeks ago my step daughter saw the same shadow figure in the same room doing the same thing.Fake! I think not.
