depending where you are, then i could suggest kirkstall abbey,just outside leeds centre.i have personally interviewed someone who has seen a ghostly monk cross what is now a busy main road at the side of the abbey.monks have also been seen wandering in and out of the ruins.if thats not enough spirits for you then theres a nice pub over the road! good luck.
