It sounds to me like you have a poltergiest who is upset or annoyed with you being in the house. A lot of stories I've read on these cases people who been in the situation have just learnt to ignore the spirits and they have eventually gone away, I know that may sound impossible but just learning to ignore its ways is the best way. Other than that you could look into getting help from a medium, someone who could get in contact with the spirit and work out why its there.
