Subject: recent and ongoing hauntings in eastbourne

anyone out there know of any hauntings in the eastbourne area?Ive recently heard of one near to the seaside recreation ground in a building,although details are sketchy.Also,although probably co incidence,a lot of bad things have been happening around my area of town lately.The last 2 months especially.Anyone else from my town noticed it?
