In reply to your question,i can tell you that i myself have been researching Chingle Hall for a project and wished to talk to the owners about visiting the house or at least speaking to them. I myself live near Goosnargh were the hall is situated.However the house is no longer open to the public and i doubt the new owners would allow people to stay.You could try contacting them and seeing if they have a change of heart.
