Well, there are two reasons why this happens.
1) It works on a psychological basis; you -only- notice triple numbers UP TO AND INCLUDING 666, true? Well perhaps it is because this has been 'programmed' into you ie Something happened to you earlier in life that made triple figures seem important to you. Look through your life and see...

2) This could also work on a magickal plane, signifying something important that may come to pass when you discover the significance of these numbers.
