Subject: Message to ghost photographers...

In your efforts to capture the paranormal on film (or digital media, for that matter...) DO NOT, under any circumstances, smoke. A large percentage of the 'Ghostly Vapor' or 'Vortex' photographs I have seen bear a striking resemblance to photos taken of me, by my wife, while I was outside with my telescope, smoking. I have not posted these anywhere, as I know quite well what it is on the image... Apparently cigarette smoke is extrmely reflective, and even a small amount in the air, not visible to the photographer, will produce some eerie effects. I would hate to see valid investigations discounted because of something like this.
