Subject: Activity in Canterbury, Kent.

My son and daughter-in-law were recently driven out from their flat in Canterbury, Kent. From the time they moved in they experienced abnormal activity, cupboard doors opened, taps turning on, hooks turned upside down. They returned one day to find a number of coffee mugs removed from a cupboard, and placed upside down in a circle on the floor, and on a different occasion, a wooded chair turned upside down. This carried on over a matter of weeks, until one night they experienced an aparition forming itself in their bedroom which had the size of a small adult or young person. No features could be disinguished, but the head and hands appeared to move as if looking round the room. As they both leapt out of bed and switched on the lights, it vanished. Both had this sighting, they phoned me, and left in the middle of the night to stay with us. They never moved back, and vacated the house shortly afterwards. The estate agent when pressed, admitted that there had been seven different people renting the house in the last three years. The previous tenant, was already packed to go when they were shown round, and did not appear to be currently living there. During the process of helping them to move out, I experienced a tap turning on. The taps were definately off and not leaking. I followed them upstairs, and a minute later heard water running downstairs. I went down to find a sink tap turned on. I cannot explain this. The tap was not faulty, and I was last upstairs, and first back down. The lounge was at least ten degrees warmer than the bedroom at any time, and I can't explain this either as they both had windows/heating etc. Several weeks have now gone by, and at present the estate agents shop adjoining is now unoccupied, and several houses close by are now up for sale, or to let. This needs to be checked out properly, and I would welcome your comments.
