Subject: Feeling Things

Over the last couple of months I've been feeling or sensing things I wouldn't usually. It all started when I went to bed one night. I couldn't sleep and I was wide awake. I felt something (like a hand) move up my leg. It scared me like hell, I've never put a light on so quickly in my life. After that I didn't sleep at all that night. A couple of days later it happened again. That isn't the worst of it. For a while now I've been hearing a voice say "phi". I know for a fact it wasn't anyone in the house. After all of this, I found that I started to sense a presense. I feel this presense mostly in my room. What the hell is going on? Does anyone else get it?
