Subject: lights

My Mum died last year. About 6 months later I was staying the night at a friends. Suddenly the room seemed very blurred. My friend Said "what's happening". There seemed to be a few flashes - every few minutes or so - like lightening - which lit up the whole room. Except there was no storm. My friend said her chest was hurting and she felt as if there was something she wanted to pass on to me. She asked for my hand. When I held her hand it was really really hot. I wondered if it might be a message from my Mum. The friend I was with used to get this sleep paralysis kind of thing. Anyone else experienced anything similar?
