Subject: Recording Ghostly voices

Having watched a TV program on voices from the dead I tried an experiment with a mate in my home recording studio,we set up a microphone(not a very good one) and asked the room if anyone would like to talk to us, while we were recording.
I did not expect when I enhanced the recording to hear anything. The truth is, after many many times of replaying one part of the audio, there is without doubt, another voice that is not ours!! Not believing the result we then filtered the audio recording using waves gold parametric EQ filters to take out any hiss and hum etc and we were left with the same result, an unknown voice on the recording.
WE can not make out what the voice is saying or even if it is talking in English. We have kept the recording but don't know what else to do with it. Should we send a copy to some research people? We would certainly like some feeback from anyone else who has tried or had a similar experience.
We really did not expect the experiment to work, as we are both very dubious, but the result has certainly spooked us!
