Subject: a ghost was/is in my house

In my kitchen on the stove theres a coffe pot like the usual home. Well a recent evening the smoke alarm started going off and my kitchen was all smoke.Someone had the light on under the coffe pot. There was no water in the pot and everyone in my family says i probably turned it on and 4 got. And i KNOW I DIDNT. yeah that was pretty freaky how this happened on its own but thats not what got me thinking of ghosts. Well that wall the oven was against was naturally all gray from the smoke but when i went to clean it off everything came off except the words HELP ME
i tried and tried and it wont come off its still on my wall now. theres no way this couldve hapened on its own and i know no one in my family wrote it cuz i wiped everything else away the saw it. It really freaks me out. I have no idea whats goin on.
