Subject: spirits

Hi I want to belive in spirits but I cant. My friends and family belive but I cant until someone can prove it to me and i wish someone could. Iv suggested that we go and stay in a haunted hotel/castle but what are the chances of something happening, Iv heard stories about ouija boards, Yes they sound scarey I want to try it but I dont want to try it incase somthing does happen. What do you suggest I can do, do I go on not beliving or is there something i can do to make me belive.
