Subject: Edinburgh hauntings

Hi there, I have always been quite curious about ghostly phenomena like most enquiring people and having just came across this site it would be a shame not to post a message.
Is there any groups involved in research in Edinburgh at present (and I don't necessarly mean the castle or the Royal Mile! Enough money is made out of tourists there! lol) or anyone in the planning stages who would be interested in me joining them? Also, seeing as I'm posting this message, does any one know of any sites or have had experiences in Edinburgh?
I know there are a thousand ghost stories here but I am also interested in the less famous ones. Cheers
