Subject: Strange happenings in new estate in penwortham

Recently my partner and i moved into a new housing estate in penwortham preston, since we have moved in there have been afew perculiar incidents: 1- At 5am in the morning in december the smoke alarm went off, we turned it off and went to bed, only to hear the toilet flush not once but 12 times over and over again. 2- I heard deep breathing in the living room next to me but nothing was there. 3- The same night as the deep breathing the light flickered 4- The house has been feeling cold 5- A work file vanished for three weeks we both searched everywhere, we turned my car upside down only to find it in the car boot three weeks later on top of all the junk in it.

A friend from the same estate has told us of some unusual incidents also, such as kitchen equipment vanishing, food disappearing off work tops and the door handle creaking as if someone was going into a room but the door was shut, this noise stopped as soon as my friends partner went on the other side of the door.

Anyone with similar experiences
