Subject: day time sightings

about 8 years ago i had unusal experience....on a saturday afternoon which was warm and bright. i was walking up the stair case of the 2 storey flat i was living in when i saw a young girl of about seven or eight stood on the landing above me, i started to tell her that it was wrong for her to walk into a strange flat uninvited when she looked at me and pointed.....then as she started to smile she faded and as she vanished i had a strong smell of voilets and the staircase grew very cold even thought the rest of the flat was hot..... my question is has anyone else had that kind of sighting in the day time....and if so could they let me now.....
