Subject: Strange Vision

Hi, my name is Matt, and i want to know why i see people in my grandma's windows, they are blurred so you can't see past them properly. Most of the time they are old woman and it is definately not my grandma. I asked my grandma about them, and i told her wot they looked like. She says that it coud've been her mother because she has old things that belong to her mother, things like: her glasses, and jewelery.
