Subject: Selling a haunted house

I'm am an Estate Agent in Wisbech, Cambridgeshire. We are selling a bungalow on behalf of clients who bought the property through us about 9 months ago. Since their purchase they have had numerouse sightings, stereos switching themselves on and the 'spirit' has been communicating with their four year old son. I have approached the previous vendors of the property and although they never experieced any sightings themselves, when they bought the property some years ago, they found ouija boards and many other 'spiritual' items, which they destroyed. One of the most exciting things is that when we had the property on the market 9 months ago, we took internal photographs, and we have had them blown up and it seems we have photographed the spirit. (we always use 35m cameras) The figure is of a medieval type women VERY short less than four feet. The picture itself is very clear, but I have always thought they would be blurred> The lady appears to be holding a silver/gold tray. We have passed a picture onto the owners, and they are having someone visit the property to see if anything can be done. I would say that I have always been a sceptic, but now I'm convinced. Is there any professional bodies that would investigate the pictures?
Comments please
David
