Nothing betrayed Letha in her slight anger towards Falissi's comment. Hope had never even goten the chance to be utterly crushed that the killer wouldn't grow to take over. She knew the very moment she had the first dream in the magma-lit den. It was never Letha's home, as it had never been her pack, and the same went for the Balkar. Darkness had a way of getting her into these situations, but she never really struggled against joining the ruthless and the bloodthirsty.

"I assure you, I am myself..."

No reasons were given to back her words, though she held them to be true. With the presance of Falissi, a shadow was allowed to seep a little into Letha's mind. It was her way of regulating the Chaos within. Give it a little air once in a while so that it didn't struggle so hard for freedom. The last time she failed to give it air, a Balkar ended up dead.
Bloody-brown and black cranium moved with Falissi's geasture. There was hardly a response, save for the smirk that twisted across her maw, and the dark glint to her eyes as her head moved back to its original position. Even as the new one leaned in to whisper, only her amber eyes moved, staring from their black corners mockingly.
Plumes of frosted air exited her snout as she snorted a laugh, grin widening as she paused an instant before sounding an answer.

"I shall give it some thought, new one..."
